Where can I vote?

• 50 Overlook Lane, Boulder, CO 80302 (BMFPD Station 2)

Who can vote?

Voters must meet the following criteria:

• US Citizen
• Registered to vote in the State of Colorado (by April 7, 2008)
• Meeting one or more of the below criteria:
  • Residents of the Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District for not less than 30 days OR
  • The owner of taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the special district or area to be included within the special district; OR
  • A person who is obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property in the special district; OR
  • The spouse of an owner of taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the special district or the area to be included within the special district.

Who can I vote for?

You can vote for candidates in every district (see map). There are four vacancies on the the BMF Board of Directors. Candidates' names (and bios if submitted) can be found here.

How do I tell if my property is within the district?

Contact the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder's Office. (303-413-7740)

Can I register to vote at the polling locations?

No.
