3- Start Pump Engine

Start Pump Engine

Make sure the "Stop/Run" toggle switch is in the "Run" position,
then turn the key to start the pump engine.

Begin by turning part way and then wait for several seconds.
As with most deisel engines, the glow plugs must heat up before starting.

After you have waited and turned the key fully to start the pump engine, the "OK" light will light up.

The red throttle knob on the left controls the pump pressure.

Rotate the knob to increase or decrease pressure.

To quickly release the throttle all the way, press the red button.
