Using Class A Foam
This pump features an automatic foam injection system. The instructions are written on the foam control panel for your reference.
- There are two foam tanks, designated "A" and "B". After starting the pump engine, you must select which foam tank to use by turning the foam tank slector knob.
- Turn the "Flush/Foam/Prime" knob to "Prime", and after you see foam in the transparent flow indicator window, turn the knob to "Foam".
- Adjust foam percentage from 0.1% to 1% by turning the top knob.
- Before shutting down pump, turn the "Flush/Foam/Prime" knob to "Flush" for 1 minute.
- Turn foam tank selector knob to "Off".
